Returns & Exchanges

At The Fresh Culture, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you experience any issues with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

 

Exchange policy:

Returns: If you need to return a product, please contact us within 15 days of receipt of purchase at info@shopfreshculture.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.

Please note that due to the nature of limited printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If you have any questions about our products, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges: If you receive a product that is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, please contact us within 10 days from the receipt of merchandise at info@shopfreshculture.com, and we will be happy to arrange for a reprint or credit. Exchanges can only be made for manufacturing defects and must be made within 15 days of receipt of purchase.

To return your items, please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund/store credit. Write the RMA number conspicuously on the outside of the return parcel.
